IIBS is affiliated to Bangalore University which has right to conduct its own Internal Examinations and Continuous Assessment (CA). The Examinations Department is headed by the controller of examinations.

Evaluation System: Evaluation of UG and PG courses consists of two components, viz. Continuous Assessment (CA) and Internal Examination

Eligibility to write the Semester Examination and Attendance Requirement are as stipulated by Bangalore University.

Only those students who secure minimum 75% attendance in ‘each theory paper’ are eligible to write the Bangalore University Semester Examination. A student who is not eligible to write the semester examination has to repeat the semester.

Transparency in the examination section: UG & PG students who were not satisfied with the evaluation can apply for revaluation with Bangalore University, respectively within the stipulated time.

Our PGDM program approved by AICTE and is an autonomous program. PGDM examinations are conducted by the college.  The system involves setting up of Question Papers, moderation of Question Papers, Randomly selection of moderated Question Papers and conducting examinations.  Addressing the unfair practices and taking a decision on such issues. Evaluation of Answer scripts, processing and publishing the results.  Re-evaluation process and printing of Transcripts.

The eligibility criteria for appearing to write the term end trimester examinations are as follows:

Only those students who secure minimum 75% attendance in ‘each theory paper’ are eligible to write the Trimester Examination. A student who is not eligible to write the Trimester examination has to repeat the semester.

Only those students who secure minimum 50% score during Trimester Assessments Subjectwise.

Transparency in the examination section: PGDM students who were not satisfied with the evaluation can apply for revaluation with IIBS Controller of Examination within the stipulated time.
