Has secured Ph.D. in Management specializing in “Customer Relationship Management”. Graduate in Science, and a post-graduate Diploma in Management. 

Attended Executive Training Program at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore on “Managing Knowledge Organizations”.

Has total work experience of 32 years that includes about 6 years in teaching and 26 years in IT industry in business development in India and overseas.

Teaching in Management Schools providing students the professional business knowledge and enhancing their Communication Skills. Train students on Team work & leadership capabilities and also to higher analytical thinking.  Was Professor  & Head of the Department, Commerce & Management Studies, Don Bosco Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore.

Participated in “India-Japan Global Partnership Summit” held at Tokyo, Japan; from 5th to 7th September 2011 attended forum on Education sector collaborations.
