Academic and Co-curricular Responsibilities

Teaching HR subjects and Managerial economics subject to MBA and PGDM students. Students counseling to help them take decision during – selection of specialization in MBA and PGDM

Conducting Development activities

Conducting mock interviews and group discussions, Organizing PPT presentation from students to improve their Presentation skills, resume development, Organising Industry visits, Inviting industry experts for guest lectures. Organizing annual sports day, Organized SURFACE – culture programme with my team members.

Additional Responsibilities as per NAAC or NBA

• Organised: Community development programmes as a concern for CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
• Demonetization programme at Mylanahally near to IIBS Airport campus, MBA students participated in the programme to educate farmers, petty business owners, and others.
• SWACHCH BHARATH – An initiative started by our honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi. Our students from MBA and faculty members visited BKPalya near Airport campus, participated in cleaning the main street, temple and small streets of that village with the help of Panchayath Officer.
• Organised a visit to B. Halli near Airport campus to educate the villagers about GST. Organised a programme for MBA students to participate in VANAMAHOTSVA programme organized by Grama panchayath officer of BKhally and planted 30 plants. This programme is to protect the ENVIRONMENT.
